Wagner Leadership Institute is a place to further your knowledge in the Lord while allowing you to remain in the place and area of service you currently serve. Wagner Leadership Institute is unique among adult education models in that we recognize ministry and life experience as well as academic training as criteria for placement in pursuit of Associate, Bachelor, Masters, and Doctor Diplomas in Practical Ministry.

Wagner Leadership Institute is designed for convenience for our students. Courses are usually held in intense, 1 or 2 day courses with reading and writing assignments to be completed within a comfortable 90 day time frame following a course.

Courses may be completed in our "Fast Tracks" or Local Church Seminars as your time and budget allow. Conferences all across our nation in many different denominations and ministry streams are asking us to endorse their training conferences as a valid WLI learning event. Conferences are one of the key ways the Holy Spirit is using to train up workers in the Body of Christ. See the homepage for an updated list of certified conferences. Wagner Leadership Institute is taking the Bible school to regional areas of the country, and the local church.

The knowledge of God is needed in every career and walk of life. Wagner Leadership Institute can give you the knowledge and impartation needed for a lifetime of service to the Lord, because WLI can come to your church in a Local Church Seminar. A local church seminar is usually just one or two classes held (typically) on a Friday night and weekend that allows anyone to take the course for a nominal audit fee.

Those who want to go on and become registered students and receive credit for the course can enroll during or after the course by paying the difference in and completing the required course work.
